Google Nest Wi-Fi Pro

Howdy,

We have had Google TV & Internet & now the 5Gig internet since 2015.  We LOVE the service.  Since needs change along w/time I like to find out how we can get the free upgrade to the Google Nest Wi-Fi Pro.

I have see continuous adds promoting Nest WiFi Pro 6E for over 6 months and have also sent at least 5 separate emails asking when I would be able to receive the new equipment but no one from Google ever replied to my question.  I hope you will be able to send me an email directly regarding this.  Thank you for your time and assistance.

Unfortunately this is not something that we can address. I am personally a little familiar with what you are referring to and it goes through Google Fiber and your subscription. You may can try reaching out in that forum to see if anyone there can assist that's gone through the same.
