Hi there,
recently purchased a Google nest wifi router with 1 point but am struggling to connect it to the internet.
Have just been on the phone with iiNet and after an attempt by them they told me to contact Google as it’s out of their scope.
I have read that vlan tagging used to be an issue but understand that shouldn’t be a problem anymore (as I believe my internet should be using vlan 2)
am using a TG789vac v2 modem that was supplied by iiNet.
any advice what to try?

Have you put the modem in bridge mode to avoid double NAT? I found something about it here:
Here is the info on Nest Wifi and VLAN IDs from Google:
As I read it, VLAN ID 2 should work. So I'd look into bridge mode to avoid double NAT.
