Google Wi-Fi can’t connect when pairing

I started to paring google Wi-Fi with my iPhone by using google home. I connected to the setup wifi, but it tells me that it’s failed to connect to pairing. Also, I want to know how to use Ethernet cable to connect with my desktop’s Ethernet cable that is on motherboard, after I connected it and how to use hotspot to share the network?
