Google Wi-Fi not connecting the mesh network anymore

I’ve a 3 devices setup / The 2 additional points stoped working overnight. All devices started experiencing disconnection. Mesh test of speed stoped working as well. I did the factory reset from the points - no success. Then did the factory reset of everything and started the setup all over again from the ground up as an entirely new one. Only the main point (router) are allowing devices to connect (and the speedy test is fine) - the other two point are behaving like dead, not offering connection to devices or other points. When I enter to test the mesh, if fails - “error occurred during mesh test”. Please help!

Hey, Fabiano.

Sorry for the issues you're having with your network and WiFi points. That sounds like a frustrating experience. Let's get this sorted out for you.

I do have a few questions about the points that might help us figure out what is happening.

  • Were you able to complete setup of the points after the reset?
  • Do the points or router have any status lights beyond the standard white showing?
  • When the two points stopped working, were they invisible to the overall network, or did they just not allow connections?

This is definitely a weird one, but if you can just give me those extra details I think we can get this worked out. Thanks.
