Recently reset one of our WiFi units but the old WiFi unit that is offline is still visible in our google home app. How do I remove?

You should be able to delete it by going to settings (icon) on the device in Google Home, then "Factory reset Wi-Fi point".

I don't work for Google.

Yes. One of our google WiFi points continues to drop signal. I have reset in the app and now it shows 2 devices under the 1. Still can’t delete

Hi NathanS77,

Thanks for the update. Please try doing a factory reset on your network. Take note that this will delete all network data. Let me know how it works. I'll wait for your reply.

Best,
Abi
