Google WiFi doesn’t show up on Google Home

Google Wi-Fi doesn’t show up on Google home.  I tried at least 10 times.  Internet works through Google Wi-Fi pucks, but I can’t manage them and update software.  Wi-Fi speed is 300mbps and should be 1 gig.   Please help

Are you signed into the app with the same account you used to set them up?

Have you tried signing out of the app, and back in again?

Yes and yes.  I’ve rebooted the puck. Even deleted the app and reinstalled.  Still not finding it.  Other ideas?

This might not help but you can always uninstall and reinstall the app. If that doesn't help, the only thing you can do is factory reset your points and set them up again, unfortunately.

How do you factory reset the Google Wi-Fi pucks ?

Scroll to the bottom and select "My device isn't available in the Google Home app" then select the model you have to see the reset steps using the physical reset button.
