Google Wifi AC 1304 could not hard reset

Hi there,

I have a problem with Google Wifi AC-1304, I have 3 google wifi units, and set 1 as master, however I have a problem that I cannot hard reset the other 1 google wifi. I have tried both ways:

- Method 1: Press & hold the hard reset button, then the orange light will flash and the blue light will stay still, then release the hard reset button, however it stays still with the blue light for several hours and does not move to the next step which is the blue light flashing to continue the installation.

- Method 2: Hold the hard reset button and plug in the power button, it will turn on the white light, then flash the blue light and release the hard reset button, however it also flashes the blue light for 10-15s, then turns off and flashes the blue light very slowly, and also does not move to the next step to install.

Now I can only use 1 master unit and 1 mesh unit, and the other unit cannot be installed.

I have the exact same problem, with the difference in Method 2 that the unit keeps flashing in blue indefinitely.

In method 2, when you press the hard reset button and plug the power cord, the white light will be change to the flashing blue light, and when the blue light is steady, the wifi unit is ready for setup, but my wifi unit is flashing blue light all day :)))
