So I need to configure my main router that the Google Wifi is connected to, but the router is blocked by Google Wifi and the device is not showing up in the list to even add it to a DHCP Whitelist.
I was told to make configurations to the router... but... I can't access the configurations of the router if I'm blocked.
No Parental Controls are set up either.
Currently remote connecting in to the PC on the network as I am out of town, but I am at a loss on what to do.

Do you mean that you need to connect to your modem? Or do you have the Google WiFi behind another router? If the later, connect directly to the first router.

Google WiFi is a router and wants to manage your home network. Having Google WiFi behind a router will get into double NAT problems. If you need more wired ports than Google WiFi provides, you can add a simple unmanaged Switch after Google Wifi for your hardwired devices
cable / FIOS / DSL --> MODEM --> Google WiFi --> Switch

I am having a similar issue, my setup is:
Fiber -> Modem -> Google Nest Hub/WiFi
I was asked to log in to my modem but when I enter the IP address of the modem it says "This site was blocked". I cannot find any settings where any IP/website is blocked.

In your situation there should be a white list you can add on the Google Home app. I can't remember where I saw it, it wouldn't fix my issue, but may fix yours.
I'm cable > modem/router combo and split here for Google WiFi and new router. Basically like previous answer I was double NAT which was my issue. Learned new things that's for sure

I was not able to access any setting which allowed me to white list an IP address; however, the issue I am having is related to my WiFi router not putting out the full internet speed coming into the router. I have upgraded to gigabit service but only getting 400-500 mbps out of the Nest WiFi. The initial thought was the the ISP was not providing 1000 mbps or a setting on the modem was incorrect. I was able to confirm that the ISP is providing 900-1100 mbps to the router and it seems it is a WiFi issue. I have not had time to troubleshoot completely but have found other threads with similar issues. Appreciate the follow up!

My setup is a modem only --> Nest
The speed test results directly to the modem (tested via Google Home App speed test) range from 900-1000 mbps download and upload.
I've tested with various speed test sites via iPhone 12 & 13, laptop and iPad. The maximum speed has been around 500 mbps via WiFi.
Still plenty of speed for our typical usage, but unsure why the downgrade in speed through the WiFi.

I plugged my Fiber router directly into the computer and confirm that the speeds are similar to what was seen in the Google Home App speed test (800+ mbps). I am still only getting 400-500 mbps through the WiFi on any device.

What I was trying to achieve was setting up a home lab area. It took me a bit to realize what I need to do to make it work, basically I need to set the Google on the new router and then the new router be fed from modem. I just direct plugged into the router to make my adjustments
