Can I connect my google Wi-Fi router to the existing frontier Arias router?

Yes, but only using an ethernet cable. Preferably the frontier Arias router should be put in bridge mode first to disable it's router functionality (NAT, firewall, DHCP) and Wi-Fi, else you'll have what's known as double NAT. That's because the main Nest Wifi puck will act as a router.

I don't work for Google.
