Trying to use echo router to an existing WiFi network. Won’t connect with the network over WiFi. Keeps looking for the Ethernet cable to the modem.

Hi, Verhala.

Sorry for any confusion you're having setting up your devices. I do need a bit more info to be able to jump in and help here. When you mentioned the Echo, are you referring to the Google WiFi or Nest WiFI product, or are you referring to the Amazon device, the Echo? If you can clear that up for me, I can help you sort this out.

Thanks.
