Hi. We recently installed the Google router and two mesh network points. Since then, the network often just stops working, but a test of the speed or mesh show no problems.
I have tried resetting the network, unplugging and replugging the router, no improvement.
We are connected through an ATT modem, with the wifi turned off. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the club. I have ATT fiber and my APs all randomly go offline. Make sure the IP passthrough is set up on the ATT gateway. Other than that I am convinced its an issue with the ATT gateway box....it won't allow DMZ or bridge mode....just IP passthrough.

Hey, Iflo.
Sorry for the late response here, but I wanted to check in to see if you were still having this issue and to see if you have done any additional troubleshooting so far. If you still need help, let me know and I'll be happy to work on this with you.
Thanks.

I have occasional troubles still. It's gotten better since I built a shelf extender to bring it more into the middle of a room, and set it on its side for better airflow. Did any of that help for a good reason? I don't know, but I'm only resetting the network 3-4 times per week now instead of per day

Hey, Iflo.
To clarify, are you talking about airflow around the router or your modem from the ISP?

...
The Google mesh router. My modem doesn't have any issue with signal whether or not connected to the Google router.
