I have a google nest with 6 pucks. None is hardwired except for the modem to the first puck. The other pucks are spread out in various areas throughout the house. I would like to hardwire two of the pucks together because of a very weak signal. When I hook up the ethernet cable between two pucks on the next system they refuse to communicate with each other. Am I missing something?

Hello @thnkfst
Connecting two secondary units to each other via Ethernet may behave in unpredictable ways. Instead, wired secondary units should be connected back to the primary unit's LAN Ethernet port through one or more inexpensive, unmanaged Ethernet switches to make more ports available (just to be clear, the "primary" unit is the one you currently have connected to your modem).

based on the responses I’ve received im guessing that the configuration currently is the best I’ll get. I am unable to connect to the primary unit and connecting to the secondary units will cause unpredictable results.
