Google nest hub

Hi. I bought a G Nest Hub and struggling now for two days just to set it up. 

The Hub runs all the way to picking up my wi-fi and the it stop by not picking up my router, wi-fi. 

I have reset / done everth8ng as indicated on ghe internet.

May the unit be faulty?

I am very disappointed in this gadget.
