Can you add a Netgear N300 Wifi Extender to the Google WiFi mesh system? If so, how? Thanks

If you mean add it to directly to the network in the Google Home app then no. If you mean use a wifi extender to extend the range of Google Wifi then yes, but you should note the information I'll link below.
