Google nest wifi points and mesh connection keeps dropping

I have a google nest wifi router and 3 wifi points. The recent software version that I see is 14150.376.32. When I do a mesh test all the points seem to drop connection every 30 min. Not sure how to fix the problem. I have tried to search the problem and found that the software version I have causes drops on the mesh connection. I have also called my ISP, everything is fine there. I have restarted my network many times nothing seems to work. Still dropping.

Appreciate any help or how to update the firmware if that is the issue.

Thank you.

Do the points actually go offline, or is it just the Google Home app telling you so? What does the light on the pucks tell you when it happens?

The Google Home app saying pucks or the whole network is offline without actually being so, is a known issue that has been going on for months now.

I don't work for Google.

So the nest wifi points have not shown any colour at the bottom.  In the home app it does seem they go offline because any device connected to the wifi either stalls, stops working, or takes a long time to load. Strange thing, and I don't know if it is just a coincidence, but anytime I run a speed and mesh test the connection gets worse. The wifi points will show in the app either yellow or sometimes all go red and say offline.

The last time I did any test was yesterday, today I have not run any tests and only one of the old Google wifi pucks I have says it is offline. The other Nest wifi points are green with great connection.

I was getting an internet connection and spoke to my ISP, everything is fine there. It just seems to be the mesh network that goes down.

I am having a similar problem that started today. In the Google home app it shows each of the wifi points are offline ( I have 3). This is after I run the mesh test. If I click on an individual wifi point it says excellent connection but clearly nothing in the home can connect to them. The signal coming in to the Nest router is >800 MBs. If I do a speed test via Google home app on the nest router it shows that same high speed but nothing is making it out via wifi from router or to any of the 3 nest wifi points. I have factory reset the nest mesh network and reset it many times .... No improvement at all.

Update: I have replaced my google nest wifi router ( hoping it would work, joke was on me) and factory reset my network. Still having the same wifi problems where it drops and devices are going offline. I can't believe I have to wait for google to push an update or look for different wifi devices.

Is there any solution out there? Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
