Nest mini was working fine then got a new modem. Tried to connect to it on multiple devices and it says it cannot connect. Also tried in another house on different wifi and get same message.
Went through all the troubleshooting options, even unplugging and waiting 10 seconds then plugging back in ten times.
Still nothing...
Only had but since September 12th but bought it from BM bargains.

Since you have a new network, the best and easiest way to reconnect is to do a factory reset of the nest mini, this avoids any potential ghost settings that a regular reset would have.
