I’ve tried multiple ways to reset the additional wifi point, with the following results:
First method:
With the power on, press and hold the factory reset button for 10 seconds. The light will flash orange, then turn solid blue. When the light is solid blue, release the button.
The reset process will start, which can take up to 10 minutes. Don't unplug the power cord during this process.
When the factory reset is complete, the light will change from solid blue to pulsing blue to indicate it's ready for setup.
***I”ve tried this several times, with the following result:
The white light comes on momentarily.
Then I get a fast blue flashing light.
Followed by a fast orange flashing light.
Whether I continue to hold the reset button or release it, the light continues to flash orange, and never changes to another color or pattern (flashing vs solid vs pulsing).
Second method:
Unplug your point from the power source.
Press, then hold the factory reset button on the device. While holding down the button, plug the power cable back in. Continue pressing the button for about 10 seconds. Your point will flash white, then blue. When it flashes blue, you can release the button.
The point will continue flashing blue for about 45 seconds, then turn solid blue. This process can take up to 10 minutes.
Wait up to 10 minutes for the device to fully reset.
Once complete, your point will pulse blue to indicate it's ready for setup.
***I’ve tried this several times with the following result:
I first get a solid white light for a few seconds.
Then a fast blue blinking light, at which point I release the reset button.
Then it changes to solid blue with the following pattern:
Solid blue for about 23 seconds.
Solid blue goes off for about 1-2 seconds.
Solid blue on again for 23 seconds.
Pattern repeats, no matter how long I wait.
Can you please advise me on how to go about resetting this device, so the Google Home app on my phone will recognize it, and I can add it to our mesh setup? I've left it off for hours and on afger trying method 2 for a full night and it never goes to the pulsing light or able to find it. Have tried it connected via LAN to the main point and that didn't work either. The Home app doesn't have a scan QR option anywhere anymore to even try that either.

Hi Jenny, thanks for the very late follow up. I fixed it. The issue was the power cord of the point. Switched it with one of the working ones and it reset successfully. I bought a new power cord as solution.
Regards.
