1. All points are brand new, bought and sealed together as a 3-pack.
2. I have tried making the problematic point the main router. When factory resetting correctly, the problematic point displays a white light, then 'flashes/blinks' blue (at which point, I release the button in the back). This continues to 'flash/blink' blue beyond 3 hrs.
3. The home app isn't able to find the problematic unit become is never becomes discoverable with a 'pulsing' blue. It only remains 'flashing/blinking' blue.

Hi Wolly,
To clarify, were you able to set up your Google Wifi point successfully or are you having issues with setting it up?

Abi

Hey Wolly,
A few questions: are you using a modem/router combo from your Internet Service Provider (ISP)? What device are you using to set up your network (iOS or Android)? Also, do you have Internet from your modem?
Give these steps a try:
Inspect the bottom of your main point for the setup network and setup code.
Go to your phone's settings, then WiFi. Then check if that same setup network will appear as one of the available WiFi networks your phone can connect to.
If already connected, I need you to forget that network and reconnect back.
If not yet, I need you to connect to it and use the setup code as the password.
Turn off your cellular data and make sure that your Bluetooth and location services are on. Then check if you can still access the Internet while only connected to the setup network.
Reinstall your Google Home app.
Attempt setup.
Try another phone.
If the issue persists, factory reset your device.
Let us know how it goes.
Best,
Abi
