My Google nest with 1 WiFi point keeps dropping it's internet connection. When it happens, all devices across all platforms (Android, PC, IOS) are affected at the same time. I only have 6-7 devices connected
I have already changed the cables, performed factory resets of both the Nest and the NBN router but nothing has improved the problems. It is not a problem with the ISP or NBN router as it remains online and connected to the internet through these outages. I have also contacted the ISP , who have advised that, from their end, the internet remained connected during periods where outages occur.
Previous discussions seemed to suggest that a firmware update was the solution but my problem appears to be getting worse. The software version for the next is 14150.376.32 and for the point is 1.56.315675.
