Hello,
I have set up Google Wifi but I cannot get my alarm cameras and microphone to work with Vivint app. They will work with panel. Vivint says that the router is not giving an IP address to the panel and that's why I cannot view, access or adjust camera via app. I have Cancom internet, a reseller of Shaw internet. How do I adjust router to give It's IP address. Thank you.

The router, modem, alarm panel cameras have all been rebooted. (Multiple times).
