Help filing a warranty claim for google wifi

Hello, I bought the three pack google Wi-Fi from Target in December and two of the three are no longer working. They are still under warranty and I’m looking to get the two replaced. Can someone help me get this started?

A few questions: are the two Google Wifi points still powered on? If yes, what's the LED status of your devices? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Please tell me more about the issue that you're having with your Wifi devices so we can help you get them up and running. If all the troubleshooting steps have been exhausted, then I'll escalate you to our senior specialist team for a warranty claim.

One does not light up at all at the other one blinks an orange red color. I’ve disconnected both for long period of time. I’ve tried a different cord, I’ve switched them from different power sources and it still the same on both devices

Thanks for the information. Have you tried to factory reset these two Google Wifi devices, and then try setting it up?
