My home network comprises 4 Google Nest Wifi Pro devices that I set up in April 2023. I have had no problem with the network, but just today I decided to open the Google Home app (iPhone) for the first time in a few months. The home to which the devices were attached has disappeared, and it is asking me to "Create a home" again.
I am absolutely certain that my account has remained the same, and the wifi mesh network has continued to remain functional throughout. I have tried rebooting all devices, force quitting the app on my phone and restarting my phone, but it still claims I have no home and no devices.
Any other ideas to try to recover this home, beyond starting over from scratch and resetting all devices and creating a new home?

So we've ruled out it being an issue with the app, multiple accounts, and it being accidentally done by someone else added to the home. I'm not aware of any other root cause here so I can only suggest as a next step, you factory reset your network and set it up again, unfortunately.

Are you definitely signed into the app using the same account you setup the devices with?

Do you see a dropdown at the top left to switch between homes?
Are you using the latest version of the app?

There is only the new home that I just created, no prior homes. It is using the latest version of the app off the Apple app store, there's no option to update.

Have you tried removing the app and reinstalling it?

Yes, the only thing that shows up afterwards is the home I just created, not the one with the Nest Wifi Pro devices I set up months ago.

Do you have multiple Google accounts or just one?
Was it only your account that had access to the home or did you add other people?

I have two other Google accounts. Neither of those other accounts have ever been used or logged in on this phone.
Only my main account used on this phone had access to the home, no other people were added.

I am seeing same issue. Nest devices are disappering. Nest wifi points and thermostats.
