I regularly use my iPhone hotspot for my chromebook. Ever since I updated my iOS on my phone for some reason the hotspot connects but there’s no internet. I’m able to use my hotspot for other devices but google chrome it doesn’t seem to work. My chrome is updated too what’s wrong with it.

Hey @MunimMiah .

This should technically be posted in the Chromebook forum (Chromebook Community ) but since I have used Chromebooks and/or ChromeOS literally since they first came out I can help to a point in the Nest Community.

The issue is a setting within the update that you installed that is incompatible. This article addresses issues with setting up devices in the Google Home app but there may be one or more in play here as well:

Troubleshoot setup with iOS

If none of the above checks out, you can post to the Chromebook Community or contact Apple Support to assist with correcting the offending setting on the phone.
