How do I fix the problem when I says, I’m connected to the WiFi and mini but the “WiFi” isn’t workin

Hi, Skye Millor-Hammond.

Thanks for reaching out to the community with your question. I can see that you're having some issues with your Nest Mini and your WiFi network. I imagine that's frustrating and I'll be happy to help you figure that out.

I do need a few more details about what is going on with your device, however. When you say that the Nest Mini isn't connecting properly, can you elaborate a bit on that?

  • Is this the only device that's having issues with connection?
  • Is the Mini giving you any error messages or does it have any flashing lights?
  • Can you see the Nest Mini in the Google Home app?

If you can give me a bit more to go on, we can definitely get this figured out. I look forward to hearing back from you. Thanks.
