How do I unpause devices. They seem to disappear from my list when I pause them. Help

Restarted network. Deleted the device settings and reset.

Sorry for the issues you're having not being able to see and unpause devices. I imagine that's pretty frustrating and confusing. Let's see if we can work out a solution for you on this.

I can see that you have tried some of the troubleshooting, thanks for letting me know what you have tried so far. This is actually a known bug that is being worked on now and a fix should be inbound soon. In the meantime, there is a workaround that people are finding success using. You can set up Family Groups using the Home app. Add any paused devices to a group and then you can unpause them all at once. Instructions for doing so are below.

  1. First, create a group that includes your paused devices: https://bit.ly/3byENcw
  2. Second, pause and then unpause that group: https://bit.ly/3tCLstD

If you are still unable to unpause your devices after that, please come back and let me know and we'll continue to look at options. Thanks.
