How to create DHCP

I am trying to install a Hubitat Elevation smart home hub to operate my Lutron Caseta lights.  I need to set up a IP reservation for the hub.

You could setup a reservation in the DHCP settings of your network router to ensure that the router is assigning the same IP address to the bridge every time, while still updating the DNS or default gateway information in the bridge. This would be an internal non-routable address used only on your internal network and should not require anything from your ISP. You might have to check with your router manufacturer for assistance in setting that up if you aren't sure how.

Can anyone help me figure out how to do this?  Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the article.  I spoke to Google last night and was informed that the new IP reservation needs to be set between .20 and .250 (last number in IP address).
