How to manually reserve DHCP IP for a list of MAC addresses

I am moving from ASUS router to Google Nest WiFi Pro... I have a list of MAC addresses (local devices & printers) that I need to setup with static DHCP IP addresses. How do I add the MAC and reserve the DHCP IP addresses for these machines, without first connecting them to the Google Nest WiFi Pro.
