I can’t see my Nest devices in the Nest app

This issue started last Friday. I don’t see my nest devices in the Nest app.

I appreciate any help pls.

If you're still experiencing this issue on the app, let's try the following to help you:

  • Close and re-open the Nest app.
  • Make sure that your mobile device is connected to the internet. 
  • Restart your Wi-Fi router and your mobile device.

Thanks for your reply. Still having the same problem. 
I tried to re-install them in the app, the smoke detectors worked but the thermostat didn’t do it because it ask for a code. When I follow the instructions says that the thermostat is already registered so no code is given to proceed. 
I also tried to install it in the google app, but I got an error message.

We'd like to know which Nest Thermostat are you using? Did you create multiple home structures in the app? Also, could you check the username you've used to log in the app?
