I cant make a new google Mesh network

Ive been having issues with network speeds and connections recently.

So i did a factory reset of my router and all points.  

Im trying to rebuilld or re initiate the network but it keeps telling me to remove the network. But i cant find it anywhere in the home app.  And i cant make a new network.

Incredibly frustrated ! Any suggestions ?

Hi Uitlander1000,

That certainly hasn’t been easy for you. Let’s further look into it. How did you do the factory reset? Try to reset the devices from the Google Home app: Open the Google Home app > Favorites > Wi-Fi > Settings > Factory reset network. If it still fails to create a new network, create a new home, then do the set-up.

Yes saw it.

I did end up creating a new home, it was the only thing that worked.

Just feel like there should be a more elegant solution.   As it then meant I needed to readd all the other smart devices to the new home too.
