Internet Connection Lost on Schedule

At 2305 My nest system loses internet connection until 0505 the next day when it automatically reconnects and turns on the connected devices. Internet via WIFI is still active - computers, tablets and smartphones. I have not set up a schedule for this and have not found any compatible actions in the google home app. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Google Wifi. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

 

  • Does this issue consistently happen everyday?
  • When did the issue start?

Hi Edward

Thanks for responding. Turns out that the problem was related to the router configuration. Somehow it configured parental controls that closed down wifi at a certain time. After cancelling the parental controls all is working well.
