Being able to use your Wi-FI to send messages is a vital reason as to why we get internet in the first place, Don't worry though, let's get it working as soon as possible!
Which type of router are you using? I suggest following this article about your Wi-Fi device light meanings, that way you can let me know which device you have alongside learning what the status light on your Wi-Fi could indicate when it comes to the internet connection.
If you aren't able to send messages on your Iphone, do you hace any other devices on your network such as another mobile phone or a tablet that isn't able to send messages as well?
