Is there a way to turn off 5 GHz and 6GHz to make connections to washer & dryer over NestWifi Pro?

I've been told this can't be done because the router uses Band Steering. The frustrating thing is my washer and dryer are in the room where the router is and they are the only 2.4 GHz devices in my house that won't connect to the router.

Google - this post of more of a feature request so that you can give us the option to temporarily disable certain bands to make it easier to connect older devices.

Thank you.

Hi mjolnir,

Thanks for reaching out to our community.
I highly appreciate your inquiry on how to turn off 5GHz and 6GHz to make connections to the washer & dryer over Nest WiFi Pro devices. It is my pleasure to assist you with this concern.
At this moment, based on the settings features available for the Nest WiFi Pro, I found that it isn’t possible to turn off the 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands on your Nest WiFi Pro. Nest Wifi Pro uses a single network name (SSID) for all bands (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz), and devices automatically connect to the most suitable band.
