Issue adding Google WiFi to Google mesh network

Reboot and reset already.  Everything stopped working 3 days ago.  Getting incompatible error while using all Google mesh WiFi points

Sorry for the network issues you're having with your network. I know it's frustrating when you can't get things to work as intended. Let's see what we can do to get your situation worked out.

To clarify a little bit, I do have a few questions.

• It sounds like you are trying to add WiFi points to your network. Is this correct?
• Everything was working fine before adding new points?
• Have you lost your network connection completely since attempting to add new points, or only while trying to get those points online?
• Have you changed anything about your network setup (modem, network SSID, password, etc.)?

With a little more to go on I'm sure we can figure this out. I look forward to hearing from you.
