Been searching high and low and still can’t find an answer.
I have 2 Google Wifi systems, one at my home and one at my parents, and used the same SSID so when my parents come to my home (or me to theirs), everything connects up seamlessly. Sadly Google Wifi didn’t allow me to easily identify the homes so when I migrate from Google Wifi App to Google Home, my parents’ wifi is now attached to my home in the Home app. Is there a way to move the Wifi to another Google Home/account without completely resetting everything?
Thank you

No, reset and set up from scratch is your only option.

Thx! Kinda sad that has to done. Is there a plan to add a way to reassign Google Wifi to a different gmail/Google Home in the future?
Thank you

No worries. 🙂
I don't know. You can request it through the Google Home app -> Feedback.

Hi, Swordzen.
It looks like olavrb was able to provide an explanation for you here. I can pass along your comments as feedback to our internal teams as well, but I do also encourage you to do so as olavrb showed how. These comments do get seen and can help inform our internal teams. Is there anything else I might be able to do for you here?
Thanks.
