My nest has just stopped and I have not changed anything.how to reconnect

I have disconnected it then, after a period of time re connected. The device says that there is something wrong

Sorry for the issues you're experiencing with your Nest device. I imagine it's frustrating to be disconnected. Let's see what we can do to get your device online and working properly.
 
Before getting too deep, I do have a couple of questions for you.
  • Which device is it we're dealing with here?
  • Can you share what error messages or error codes you are seeing?
I just want to make sure we're on the same page with the device. Once I know that, I can definitely help you sort this out.
