NEST Router does not allow naming and Password configuration

The Nest router will not complete the set up for naming and password and shows that it is not connected to internet although it is. Reset did not help.

However, I can access the internet through the original Router name but not change the name and secure it with a Password.

• Are you getting any messages when the setup fails?
• What's the light status of your Google Wifi devices?
• Who's your internet service provider?
