Nest Internet speed

Experts Please help… my internet/nest wifi was working perfectly up until a couple days ago.  Now suddenly it’s not working. When I run a speed test it’s barely working, however plugging in a cheap router results are excellent. 

I read through a couple posts last night and prioritised my mobile device and ran a speed test and suddenly it worked -  but I’ve never had to prioritise devices before. And I don’t want to have to start now. 

any ideas how to fix this ?

Sorry for the delayed response here and for the issues you're experiencing. I know that's frustrating to deal with. This is actually part of a known issue and we're tracking it internally. I'll keep you updated as I know more.
