I changed providers and now can’t get my Next to reconnect. Help!

Sorry for the connection issues you've been having. I know it can be frustrating to deal with that. I know it's been a few days, so I wanted to check and see if you still needed help on this and to see what troubleshooting steps you have taken so far. Also, I could use a little clarity on which device we're looking at. Are you talking about getting your WiFi network back online, a thermostat reconnected, or is it a speaker or display?
