Nest Wi-Fi Point does not complete power up

Ijaslab

My google nest Wi-Fi point does not appear to complete the power up cycle. This is the third on my network and the other two are fine.

this one stays on with two white lights lit on top. Usually they turn off at the end of the power cycle but not for this one. It remains lit forever.

tried hard resets, changing cables etc.

any ideas to help me ? Thanks

Hi, Ijasalb and saintdust.

Sorry for the issues you're having with your WiFi points. That definitely sounds frustrating. I do have a quick question to help me figure out what state your point is stuck in. When you say the light stays on after it powers up, is it pulsing, or is it just a solid white light? Let me know and it will steer us to next steps.

Thanks.

Hello. In my case the two lights on top stay light forever. Thanks

Thanks for letting me know, Ijaslab. The lights shouldn't be stuck on like that. I would suggest reaching out to support to see if they can diagnose your device issue and help you come up with an answer or a fix. You can reach them here: https://bit.ly/3o1aRK5.

Let me know if you have any issues reaching support or if there's more I can do here.

Thanks.
