Hello, I recently purchased a used 4 pack. 3/4 points are working flawlessly. This 4th one would never get the blue light. I finally found how to do a factory rest and was able to get it to join the other 3 so I had 4 devices all working well. Then the next day it went offline with a pulsing white light. I read that it could be a firmware update so let it sit. Now today I brought it downstairs to try and figure it out and I can't get it to factory reset. It's slow blinking white now. No longer a pulsating white. When I press and hold the reset button on the bottom it never goes yellow to reset.

Hi @Alfick3,
Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that one of your four Nest Wifi Pro routers went offline and is only showing a blinking white light after being reset and set up in the Google Home app with the rest of your routers. It also sounds like you're unable to factory reset it. I'm happy to help.
Since you mentioned your router is only showing a blinking white light, which means the device may be booting up, updating, or it's just stuck during any of these processes.
Have you tried to leave your router unplugged from the power for between 5 and 10 minutes, then plug it back in and reset it as indicated in the article Factory reset your Wifi device?
It's important to mention that during the reset process, you also need to factory reset the device with the issue from the Google Home app. To do this, select or hold your device's tile, then tap Settings > Factory reset Wifi point > Factory reset.
Please keep me posted. I'll be waiting for your response.
Regards,
Anders

Hello, thank you. Yes I did give some time unplugged. I was then able to get the blue light momentarily. It was long enough to detect and start the process of getting it connected. Then the software process never finishes. After, maybe, 5 minutes or so, I get an error that I can't connect. By this time the light has gone to pulsing white. I was able to do this a couple of times with the same results both times.
Edit to add: yes I did do the factory rest, to remove it from the network. So right now I only have three on my network
