Nest WiFi Router as a Point: Connect wired device to either ethernet port on the Router-as-Point

Hi,

I have a working Nest WiFi system installed. 

I need a wired Ethernet connection in the garage because I need to connect a wired IoT device to it.

If I get an additional Nest WiFi Router, and make it a Point, can I connect my wired device to either of the Ethernet ports on the Router-as-Point?
