Nest WiFi pro

Has anyone else had terrible performance and connectivity issues with their nest home pro? This was supposed to be such an awesome setup but I want to throw it in the trash.

Same here. I have 2. One up and one down. Both were connected in the beginning and then the upstairs went offline and I can't get it back online at all. Also, it has powered down and probably needs a new battery. Will they exchange it for a new one?

  • Is there a switch located on the network?
  • Have you tried to run a speed test while connected directly to the modem?
  • What steps have you already tried before you contacted us?
  • What's your approximate home or apartment's lot area in square feet?


 
In the main time you can try to run a speed test on the Google Home app, here is how:
 

  • Open the Google Home app.
  • Tap Wi-Fi > under Network > tap Run speed test.
