Nest wifi point going offline randomly

Hi 
I have the Nest wifi consisting of a router and two points, recently one of the points have started going offline. And will only boot up if I pull out the power, and plug it in again. It seems like it simply freezes as the volume controls or other functionalities like voice assistant does not work until I do a hard reboot on it. then there can go up to a week, and same problem happens again. 

Anyone have experienced this?

Hi, I have same issue also. It started few weeks ago when I changed broadband provider.

Thanks for posting and I'm sorry to hear about your issue. To clarify, have you tried doing a factory data reset on your Nest Wifi point? I'll wait for your update.
