Network shows over 450+ mbs but then the devices are only receiving and producing like 780 kbs..

Sorry to hear about your issues with device speed on your network. I'm sure that's frustrating, especially when you can see your network speeds are so high. Let's see what we can do to make sure your devices are receiving the speeds they should.
 
I do have a few questions about your setup.
  • How do you have your network wired up?
  • What kind of modem are you using?
  • Do you have any device routines set up in your Home app?
If you can let me know the answers to those questions, we should be able to know where to go with support from there. I look forward to hearing back.
