I am trying to set up a Nest Wifi Pro system for wifi out of the box. I have an AT&T BGW210 modem. The setup on the Google Home app gets me all the way to the point where it checks the network and asks me to setup a network name and password. Then it asks to turn on "point usage stats" or "Nest Wifi cloud services" then the legal agreement. Then I choose the "office" as the location and it says it's checking for an update and then creating a wifi network. Then it stops and it says "The caller does not have permission". I got the three pack of wifi antenna and have tried two with the same results. I have declined and accepted the stats and cloud questions in various orders. I was trying this on my iPhone and then iPad. I am the only user on the Google Home app. I tried using a MacBook but it says Google Home is only compatible with iPad or iPhone of which I have tried both multiple times. There are no android devices in my household. I have made sure I have the most up to date Google Home and iOS system on the iPad and iPhone. Nothing works. I have read about "permissions" in the Google Home app but I can't find any permissions to change. Can anyone help?

Nevermind. I got in touch with Google and had to go to my Home Network Settings in the Google Home app and set up the Home Network name and password. Just doing it during the Nest Wifi Pro setup wasn't working.
