I reset the device and google is asking me to scan the QR Code or enter setup code. But there is no QR code and there is no setup code on my nest wifi point. I am positive. I own other Google wifi routers that contain both of these, but I have 2 that do not. I think I bought them in a pack of 3. I did not remove the QR code or the setup code from the devices. They are not on the device! I had a power outage due to Hurricane Ian and I am trying to get them up and running. I also tried to connect to the wifi point’s own wifi, but it asks for a password. What is the default password? It requires me to enter a password and nothing I try works. Please don’t tell me my device contains a QR code and setup code because it does not contain either. I can send you a picture if you would like. Please help! Thank you.

I should have clarified that I think I bought a pack of 3 nest wifi router/points and I already had 2 other google wifi points.

I stand corrected. i found the setup code on the back of the device. I apologize. I do think it is a design flaw to make the setup codes so tiny on the backs of the devices though. thanks.

Hi JJ42,
No worries about not noticing the code. It happens often and I appreciate the feedback about the placement of the code. I'm happy you found what you needed and got a solution there. Before I mark this as resolved, is there anything else you might need?
Thanks,
Jeff
