One of my Google Wi-Fi points can't be discovered by Google Home app.

I can get two of my three Google Wi-Fi points to connect to my Comcast router. No matter what I do my third point will not connect. Any ideas. I have tried everything I have seen on the internet from YouTube videos. Lol

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your setting up your 3rd Google Wifi point. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

• What's the light status of your Google Wifi point?
• What's the message that you're getting?
• How far is it from the parent point?

If you haven't yet, please try resetting it back to the factory defaults and try to set it up next to the parent point.
