Home App WiFi Stats

It's 8 am and looking at the stats on my Home app and it shows 106 GB down and 53 GB up for a total of 159GB.  Is this accurate?  Does anyone know if the data in the Home app can be trusted.   I've exceeded my daily budget and trying to figure out the culprit.

It's not reliable AFAIK. See following thread:
