One unit not working

I have 3 nest units, one of them is no longer connecting. I have rebooted the router, and unplugged and plugged in all three units. What else can I do?

Hi Bigsbest25,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with the connection of one of your Google WiFi points. I see that you already tried some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. I'd love to know more about this, and I have a few questions:

  • What's the light status of the point that isn't connecting?
  • Is it showing as offline on the Google Home app?

You could also check this link for other steps you could try.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,
Edward
