I have google mesh , one main reason why I have it is that I can pause/unpause internet access for my kids. I did everything as directed. I paused my kid's devices at the same time every day. It worked for a while but recently, my son was still able to gain access to the internet even if his devices are blocked. I keep on pausing it but he unpauses it every time. What am I doing wrong? How can he get into it? I was told that I can control the use of wifi/google mesh. It doesn't work. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Hello @ictaylor
If your son's gmail account has been added to the Google Home, he will have permission to unpause himself through the app. If he hasn't been added that way, he may simply be changing the MAC address on his device(s) to get around the restriction. In my experience, when children get old enough to work around these simple tools, the solutions are either to continue trying to use technology to enforce the rules (e.g., by using Microsoft or Apple features to enforce policies at the operating system level), or to use a non-technological approach (e.g., take the devices away).
